Unbeatable location for sports and scenic outdoor adventures, accompanied by exquisite dining and attentive hotel staff. Impressive Thuringian food choices at reasonable prices, and a breakfast buffet not to be missed. Local beer selection is also worth trying.
For us, it was ideal.

This hotel is nestled in an idyllic location with picturesque surroundings, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious, with local produce featured prominently. the staff is friendly and attentive, making the overall experience very pleasant. the hotel offers a reasonably priced menu with excellent dishes such as a slow, cooked beef and mushroom casserole and delicious vanilla, flavored risotto with cheese, stuffed chicken.
The hotel lacks computer terminals with internet access, which would have been helpful for business travelers.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the rooms were very quiet. the location was great for outdoor activities, which we really enjoyed.
We were disappointed by the outdated en-suite facilities and the lack of computer terminals with internet access. It was frustrating to have to go to a coffee shop to do work and research activities in the area.

Excellent location for outdoor sports, amazing food and wine with top, notch serving team. the slow, cooked beef casserole and vanilla flavoured risotto were particularly exquisite. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of high, quality options.
The showerhead was wobbly and the en, suite unit looked a little old compared to the general level of excellence and attention to detail of the public areas. the absence of computer terminals with internet access was a slight nuisance.
